ACTION: Notice of withdrawal of Solicitation of Applications (NOSA) and republication of Notice of Funds Available (NOFA) Announcement of Value-Added Producer Grant Application Deadlines.
DATES: Applications for grants must be submitted on paper or electronically according to the following deadlines:
Paper applications for both reserved and unreserved funds must be postmarked and mailed, shipped, or sent overnight no later than November 30, 2009, to be eligible for FY 2009 grant
funding.
Electronic applications must be submitted through the Grants.gov Website at: http://www.grants.gov, following the instructions therein.
