The Basics of Exporting information was provided by the Southern United States Trade Association (SUSTA). 

The Southern United States Trade Association (SUSTA) is a regional agricultural trade association composed of the fifteen southern states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The goal of this publication is to educate SUSTA regional companies about the basics of exporting and the inform them of available export opportunities.

Exporting can be profitable and rewarding for companies that commit their time, personnel and resources to exporting. The tools in this handbook will assist new-to-export companies on their way to export success.
